How my Practical ends.

Well, i can say today is my last day here in this Lab. Yeay. I have finished my practical, but unfortunately without any good result. I mean, the experiment has some flaws that has to be corected and i have no time to do so. Pity.

Now i must write my report. And have to say, it is not quite easy as in i must write the report using all the technical terms and so. Muehehe. Cakap German pun tunggang langgang. I'll try my best though.

Read the newspaper. Nothing much. Read that some ex-fiance of the famous reality show winner wrote a book (whoaaa, org lain pun pernah putus tunang dik, takde la smpi nk buat buku). Then some more ragut cases. I think they should cut tangan org yg meragut tu. If sekali kena masuk penjara tak insaf2. And frankly i am afraid to bawak handbag or jalan sorang (selalu jugak jalan2 sorang masa kat Shah Alam dulu and at home also, now dah tak berani.)

Today is Thursday. Then besok Friday. THEN SATURDAY BALIK MALAYSIA!!!! YEAYEAY!!!! Excited? VERY!!

Balik kampung..ooo..ooo..ooo balik kampung...ooo..ooo..ooo balik kampung...hati girang.

Bored

I surrender. I cannot live alone. On Friday, i was bored to death. I was too lazy to cook so i went out and bought 'doner teller' (err..kebab pinggan kalau ditranslate secara langsung). It is kebab meat, and salat and a portion of rice or pommes/fries. Makan tak habis sbb have no appetite. Simpan untuk esok je la.

I made a list of things to do but i didnt do them. I read "The Amulet of Samarkand" all day long. The book is okay. Except for the few words i didnt understand. It's about a magician boy, kind of like Harry Potter but this one darker. The boy summoned a djinn instead of having a wand and do the magic all by himself. The djinn does the magic for them.

On Saturday, baru la ada mood nak hidup. I washed my clothes, i watched movies (Kindaichi and some other movies i copied from my friends). On Sunday, time flew without me realising it (not that i didnt realise it, buat2 tatau je and buat keje lmbt2, mmg la time flies).

Today, pulangkan kunci pada tuan rumah and tomorrow will pick up the new one. Mula2 the landlord complained about the window, he told me to clean it up. The dia buat demo, ni ada pembersih tingkap ni, kena buat mcm ni..Then he ended up wiping and cleaning both the windows. He mentioned, awak kecik ni tak sampai la kot. Hehs. Some of the advantages of being small. At least i dont have to clean the windows. And also, he said we painted the walls very nicely. Hehehehe. I bet he guessed me and Tanty painted the room. Imagine two cute girls and both with cute size painting the room. So, ckp okay la kan. Good Job!!! Hehehe.

Have to wait for 3 parcels. I wonder when sampai..

Birthday Blues

Today is my birthday.17th August. And never, in my 24 years of life, i had to celebrate it alone. I dont like it.

My friends went back to Malaysia yesterday. Well, it supposed to be today but since they have to catch an early train o the airport, they set off yesterday evening. Tanty baked or should made i say kek batik. Very thoughtful of her. And before they leave, we kind of celebrated my birthday and i received my first birthday present for this year. A pair of Swarovski earing. Uuuuuu...

A card from Apad that i received 2 days ago. I opened it at 12 midnite. Present? Will have to wait.

Then at school i sms'ed Lee. I told him today is my birthday (mintak hadiah skali semenanya.hehe :p). And he said, how about mee rebus lee? I said, okay. Good, at least i dont have to cook today. Then Lee told me Greg and another guy (Jin Yi kot nama dia) are coming.

We all ate together and it was kind of celebrating my birthday. At night we went out to eat cake, but cake yg tak sedap je ada kat cafe and we settled for ice cream instead (I drank coke aje). Tapi, thanks LEE for making my birthday different from what i used to have. And it is always the company that i want, not presents (if both ada mmg lagi bagus :))

I love you

I remember the day that grandpa fell. It was the night of my 13th birthday. Grandma called and said that grandpa suddenly collapsed form the chair. We rushed to their house. And since that day, my grandpa could never walk again. He was bed-ridden. He could not eat solid food and could barely talk. Almost every day our relatives would come and visit. There were also some faces that i did not recognize. We had tried many things to cure him from traditional to modern medication, but nothing worked.

Almost a year later, i had to go to this Girls Scout Camping trip. I went back home with my friend as planned. My dad and her dad are friends as it is easier. On the way back home, her dad suddenly started saying, " Tok Bah sakit dah lama kan." I replied, " Aah, nak dekat setahun dah." Then he told me that grandpa passed away that morning. I felt tears running down my cheeks. I couldn't believe the news. When i reached home, everything was already settled. Grandpa was already buried and i didn't have the chance to see him for the last time. Tok Bah, I love you and may you rest in peace. Al-Fatihah.

It was my first summer holiday. Been looking forward to spend my holiday with my family and friends. My Nek has been bed ridden for some months. My aunt took care of her. It was my first time also seeing her sick. I remember her being healthy almost all of the time. My dad asked me to help my aunt and my mom to change Nek's clothes and put some lotion so that her skin won't dry. I was the only granddaughter around at that time. My dad asked me to talk also to Nek because i had been away for quite some time.

I spoke to her. Slowly, when no one was looking at me.

"Nek, Dila ni. Dila balik cuti. Sebulan je ni. Nek cepat2 baik tau." I knew that Kak Inn is closer to her amongst us sisters and so i added, " Kak Inn tgh sibuk lagi ni. Dia tak sempat nak dtg tgk Nek. Nanti dia dah abis kerja mesti dia dtg sini tgk Nek". At least Nek knew that Inn was busy and will come to visit her later.

Later that night, i went and met up with Hyeda and i slept over at her house. That morning dad called. "Dila, Nek dah meninggal."

I was shocked. Hyeda drove me to my aunt's appartment as my dad was busy arranging for her jenazah to be brought home to Batu Pahat. Everything went smoothly and her jenazah was brought home to our house first. Yesterday i helped my aunt to change Nek's clothes and today i help while others bathed her for the last time.

I am glad to be home during that summer. I got to see my Nek for the last time. Nek, i love you too and may u too rest in peace. Al-Fatihah.

Shortest Summer

Yes. For only about two months. Few days before World Cup started and it ended on 31th July. Since when August become a rainy season? The weather here is crazy.

No more playing basketball.

Bangun pagi mendung nak hujan. Tengah hari sikit hujan terus. Kadang2 hujan lebat. Tapi hari2 memang akan gerimis.

Am looking forward to be in Malaysia again.

Takde mood dah..

aida balik jumaat ni..

fatma and tanty balik mgu depan..

dila balik mgu lagi satu..sorang2..

kena tinggal sini seminggu lebih sorang2..

uwaaaaa!!!!!

i am needed for..

1. Teman diorg tgk cite hantu. Especially part when the hantu keluar lama sket and no one dares to watch. I am a penakut myself.

2. Explain what i understand from the ghost story yg suka berbelit-belit cerita dia.

3. Bukakkan botol Hohes-C yg ketat. Mostly because they tried to open it before i did, helps me'loose'kan lagi cap dia. Hee hee.

4. Supplier ubat. I have stock ubat selsema and panadol. Bile demam atau pening atau selsema, sini la kaunter ubat. This time, bile dah sebulan lagi nk balik and i fell sick, i have none left.

5. If diorg ada cut yg berdarah and memerlukan plaster or sapu minyak, saya lah orgnya. Nurse sambilan ni.

Hmm..dah tak ingat apa lagi. Rasanya ni dulu kot. If ingat boleh tambah lagi.

Kipas

Ada ke patut, org tinggal lagi tiga minggu kat sini baru semalam si Carlos ni ckp.

" Saya lupa nk bgtau awak. Awak semenanya bole beli kipas letak kat lab. Pastu leh claim and biar kipas tu kat lab je."

Memang nk kena la budak ni. Start Isnin lepas cuaca dah sejuk balik sket2 sbb ujan. Baru la nk ckp psl kipas. Grrrrr!!!
