Reminiscing old times

I found some sheet of papers while i was flipping through some old books of mine.

I wrote this during my first practical semester.

One thing for sure, the fact that her mom is here in Germany makes me want to go home. Her moms cooking is delicious, very Malaysian style. All sort of kuih2 traditional, just snap her fingers and ..siap! My mom, she has her own style of cooking. And i sure do LOVE her cooking, I'm sure going to eat a lot when i come back this time.

I just miss being with her. Being next to her while watching tv makes me feel really thankful that i still can be with my mom.

And my dad, i know that he always picked on my mom, saying things like " Your mom fell asleep while i'm driving and it's just a five minute drive!" but hey, thats asam garam rumah tangga right? But i really know that my dad really loves my mom. Wherever he goes, he always calls my mom first. I hope that someday i'll find someone that has the quality like my father. But the good guys are becoming an extinct species.

My sister is right when she said that they ARE the Worlds Greatest Parents. We like to give them presents, which we did every year. It has always been their anniversary present. We cant really afford to give each of them a present during their birthday and anniversary, (masa skolah rendah ni)so anniversary present it is. As far as i remembered, we started giving present when we were still living in Taman Soga. The first present was a small clock, golden, it had a statue holding/playing a ball. From there on, we decided that we should give them something bigger. The 2nd one was still a clock, oval shaped, bigger and also golden; to me it was beautiful. During my stay in PPP, the present was a crystal bowl. The latest present, a Glass-set from Little Egypt.

There was no place to display the set, so they just kept it in a box, and now, when i called home, they said that they already bought a cabinet for that. I am SO excited! All these years i have never felt like this, a sudden urge to go home. I miss home!!! Abah,Mak, Tok Mak, Olie, Inn, Cin and Aju. Wait for me! I'm coming home!

Rumble rumble

Last time i wrote i was reading Eldest. The first book of Inheritance is Eragon, which was made into a movie. I dont know whether its a hit or not in Malaysia, but for me, i dont like it!

Eragon himself was not quite what i imagined him would be. He looked more 2nd hero punya muka. I like Brom though. Arya had no pointy ears and she's supposed to be an elf! Murtagh tak hensem pun (i imagined he would be somewhat like Aragon,that's why). Ajihad and Nasuada.. ermm..also different.

Pendek kata i love the book more!!! The movie -they changed almost everything from the storyline, the events happening, like Garrow died, how they rescued Arya, how he met Murtagh..

I wish they could make it like LOTR or Harry Potter.

exam week is OVER! WUHUUUU!!!

Ended it with the most difficult exam. Keine Hilfsmittel-Nothing else can be be used except for stationaries (calculator excluded). For this particular exam, the other students did complain about the prof not letting them use the calculator. He just brushed off the students complained by saying "It is good once in a while to calculate not using calculator". Duhh!!! It's good WHEN we are not sitting on an one hour exam and time IS very very precious. The students also said something about formelsammlung (formula sheet). He answered that one by saying,"then i should make more difficult question".I cant imagine what kind of question would he make as the exam that we had WAS already VERY difficult!

I already passed some of the exams, I had 6 papers btw, one of which i decided to take the very last minute - I was still thinking whether should or not i take the exam the night before. Just hope for the other 3 papers to be okay.


Today, i tried to register for the next semester. I need the registration certificate (i dont know if it is the right translation) for my visa which is expiring 27.2.2007. Unfortunately there was a software problem. Hope they'll repair it by tomorrow. It was no fun walking back ann forth from building A and B.

Am reading Eldest right now. While reading i kept on checking the spine of the book, to see whether i broke it or not. For the time being, it is still okay. After Eldest, i might try reading Artemis Fowl. Some say it is a good book. We'll see about that. I like reading, but i dont think i am a bookworm ;p, can eh?

ps: To farr, sorry i did do the tag thingy, was busy with exams. I'll try it soon okay :)
